These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website samriddhikart.com (the "Site"), operated by Samriddhi Enterprises ("Samriddhi Kart", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product details, colours and prices accurately. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Payments

We accept UPI payments through our payment partner MMADPay, and Cash on Delivery. By making a payment you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and belong to you. We do not store your UPI PIN or banking credentials.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Samriddhi Enterprises or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Samriddhi Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
