How do I place an order?
Browse the Men or Boys collection, open a product, choose your size and quantity, and add it to your bag. When you are ready, go to your bag and proceed to checkout.
How do I know my size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you are between sizes or unsure, email care@samriddhikart.com and we will help you pick the right fit.
Are the product colours accurate?
We try to show colours as accurately as possible. Slight variation can occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any UPI app) via our secure payment partner MMADPay, as well as Cash on Delivery.
Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery?
Yes, a nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 is added to COD orders. Paying online via UPI avoids this fee.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Online payments are processed through MMADPay over an encrypted connection. We never store your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Indore within 24 to 48 hours and typically delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹79 applies to orders below that.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track anytime on our
Track Order page using your order reference.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition with tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our
Refund Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is picked up and verified.
How do I request a return?
Email care@samriddhikart.com with your order reference and reason for return, and our team will arrange the pickup.
